Low Voltage & Technology Systems
Modern facilities depend on connected technologies that are as critical as the electrical systems powering them. SASCO designs, coordinates, and installs integrated low voltage infrastructure including structured cabling, telecommunications, audiovisual, security, access control, fire alarm, and intelligent building systems. By coordinating these systems from the earliest stages of design, we help eliminate costly rework and ensure seamless building performance.
Preconstruction & VDC
Every successful project starts long before construction begins. SASCO's preconstruction and engineering teams work alongside owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to evaluate constructability, optimize system design, identify risks early, and develop solutions that improve schedule, reduce cost, and maximize long-term value. Through early collaboration and in-house expertise, we help create projects that are fully coordinated before work begins in the field.
Prefabrication & Logistics
Our 175,000-square-foot prefabrication facility transforms the way projects are built. By assembling electrical systems in a controlled environment, SASCO improves quality, increases safety, reduces jobsite congestion, and accelerates installation. Combined with just-in-time delivery and carefully planned logistics, prefabrication allows field teams to work more efficiently while reducing material waste and keeping projects moving.
Service & Maintenance
Our commitment doesn't end when construction is complete. SASCO provides responsive service, preventative maintenance, system upgrades, emergency repairs, and ongoing support to help facilities operate safely and reliably. Whether maintaining critical infrastructure or responding to unexpected issues, our service professionals deliver solutions that minimize downtime and maximize performance.
